Beyond discussing the validity or invalidity of the arguments, we are concerned that this act of exclusion that extends also showed representatives of Community Councils, has as order to hide the real state of operation of the plants by limiting access to those who have made serious and specific allegations of a malfunction, just to show journalists the parts of plants that they are working.
believe that trying to hide the problems not only does not help to solve but also the worse, and eventually the injured, besides the environment, we are all citizens who Hidrocentro Carabobeño provides us service. We believe that this attitude is not responsible and is not up to the responsibility we have toward all public officials and our representatives in the state legislature.
