In yesterday, Wednesday, March 26, 2010, went to the Ministry of Environment in Caracas, appealed to the Vice Ministry of Water, Engineer Cristobal Fernandez Osío, file an appeal under Hidrocentro constant refusal to publish the scientific and technical reports for the last 10 years of measurements of the parameters of water quality Plant Wastewater Treatment Butterfly and Los Guayos and Purification Plant Alejo Zuloaga.

Unfortunately, there was no official Vice Minister of Water with which we could discuss and explain the water situation in Carabobo, so we had to introduce the document through secretariat.

From now on, as established by the Administrative Procedures Law, the Ministry of Environment has 15 calendar days to make public the reports. We have already begun to learn the truth about why hide the information, but we hope the authorities start to act responsibly and fulfill its duty to inform us respecting our right to know what the quality of water we are taking.
